Can I change the date for my payment plan?

If your payment plan is through PayPal:

  • PayPal does not have the ability for us to adjust your payment date. Below is a message directly from PayPal

"Bill dates on existing subscriptions can't be modified, because this affects the contract between buyer and seller established at the time of the subscription."

  • We would have to create a new payment plan for you in order to complete this request.

If your payment plan is using a card:

  • Please contact us at payments@gingiber.com and our team will be able to look into your payment plan to see your options.
